How We Work
Step 1:
If it happens on the expressways in Malaysia, call PLUS to tow your vehicle safely to the nearest designated carpark.
Step 2:
While your vehicle is being towed, contact TowMe

Step 3:
Our tow truck operators will contact you to coordinate the process. You may then proceed to choose to tow your vehicle to your preferred or a TowMe recommended workshop in Malaysia, or directly back to Singapore!

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice that your vehicle was damaged during the towing process and we will assist in contacting the contractor that handled your vehicle.
- In the event that the vehicle is suspected or confirmed to have illegal items onboard, Tow Me SG Pte. Ltd. is not liable to the contents within the vehicle and not liable to check that the contents within the vehicle satisfy the legal laws of Singapore and/or Malaysia.
- In the event that the vehicle is driven into Singapore within the Entry and Exit dates for any reason, and within the maximum of a seven (7) day period from the Date of Entry, Tow Me SG Pte. Ltd. is not liable to provide for any form of services if breakdown or accidents were to happen.

Ltd is not liable in the following conditions and this coupon will not cover the free tow if you are engaged in activities that involve participation in extreme sports and sporting activities; if you are driving against the advice of a medical practitioner or under the influence of alcohol or drugs; any exposure to extraordinary health or special hazard.
- This service can ONLY be utilised in the event of breakdown or accident within our stated coverage in Malaysia. If we suspect or have evidence of fraud or misinformation, Tow Me SG Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to nullify its liabilities and promised services, and reserves the right to claim back the cost of the entire towing process in such circumstances from the customer as stated above or the owner of the vehicle plate as stated above.
